MARRIAGE BY FORCE !!
If brothers dwell together, and one of them dies and has no son, the wife of the dead shall not be marries outside of the family to a stranger; her husband's brother shall go into her, and take her as his wife. ( Deuteronomy. 25:5)
WHAT IF HE REFUSES ?
And if the man does not wish to take his brother's wife then his brother's wife shall go up to the gate of the elders, and say, "My husband's brother refuses to perpetuate his brother's name in Israel.. Then the elders of his city shall call him.
And if he persists.. Then his brother's wife shall go up to him in the presence of the elders, and pull his sandal off his foot, and spit in his face; and shall answer and say: So it shall be done to the man who does not build up his brother's house. And the name of his house shall be called in Israel THE HOUSE OF HIM THAT HAD HIS SANDAL PULLED OFF. ( Deuteronomy 25:7)
In Contrast Qur'an says
In marriage a woman is considered by Islam to be an equal and free partner. Marriage in Islam is a sacred contract between a man and a woman and the consent of both the parties has to be taken before marriage can take place. The Holy Qur'an describes woman as a companion of her husband-an object of love and source of peace and solace to him :
And of His signs is this: He created for you helpmeets from among yourself that ye may find rest in them and He ordained between you and love and mercy. Lo, here indeed are partners for folk who reflect (Holy Qur'an 30:21)
And they (women) have rights similar to those of men over them in a just manner. (Holy Qur'an 2 :228)
" The widow shall not be married until she is consulted and the virgin shall not be married until her consent is obtained "(Holy prophet Mohamed)
